(Greater Sudbury, ON) – The Basketball Super League has named Lake Erie Jackals Matthew Csuhran the Player of the Week for March 23rd – March 29th after a very strong last game of the season.
In Sunday’s game against the Windsor Express, Csuhran helped the Jackals finish the season with a tight 115-113 win. Csuhran put up 26 points while shooting 60% from the field, a huge 75% from three, and a perfect two for two from the line. Along with his impressive offensive game, he also racked up four rebounds and three assists. His impressive season closer helped him receive the top honour of BSL Player of the Week.
Csuhran, in 26 games played this season, has averaged 9.9 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game, 1.2 assists per game, and shooting 37.0% from the field goal.
