As a member of the Toronto Association of Basketball Officials (TABO), Mike served as the liaison officer during his extensive officiating career, assigning officials at various levels of basketball. His dedication and expertise led him to notable roles, including the Director of Officials for the National Basketball League of Canada (NBLC) and a National Referee Coach with the Canadian Basketball Officials Commission (CBOC).
