This matchup showcased both teams’ tenacity, but the Lightning capitalized on their home court advantage, improving their record to 5-2, while the Pharaohs dropped to 2-6.
The first quarter set the tone for the game as the Lightning surged ahead with a strong start, leading 33-25. Despite a valiant effort from the Pharaohs, who demonstrated impressive shooting skills with a field goal percentage of 50.6%, they struggled with free throw shooting, converting only 57.7% of their attempts.
